Founded in 2001, the Children First Foundation was established to help turn everyday visibility into meaningful support for women, children, and families through the “Choose Life” license plate program. What began as a simple idea has helped generate millions of dollars nationwide for pregnancy resource centers, maternity homes, adoption services, and organizations serving women and children in some of life’s most uncertain moments.

Every plate on the road becomes more than a statement. It becomes a visible sign of compassion. A conversation starter. A source of funding that helps real organizations provide care, resources, housing, counseling, adoption support, and hope.

Because behind every statistic is a person. A woman trying to figure out what comes next. A mother searching for support. A child whose future is still unwritten.

The Children First Foundation exists to help make sure support is never out of reach.

Today, the Foundation serves as the official sponsor of “Choose Life” license plates in multiple states while continuing to expand awareness and funding opportunities that directly benefit organizations helping women and children. Through memberships, donations, and license plate participation, supporters have helped fund life-affirming services and extend practical care to communities across the country.
